CrossFit 101 Beginners Course

The purpose of the CrossFit 101 course is to to teach the basic movements and principles of CrossFit and prepare athletes for the group sessions. In order to attend the regular group classes, each athlete must successfully complete the CFKL CF101 course with 100% attendance and participation, unless they are able to demonstrate a working knowledge of the movements. 

Each class will have at least 2 coaches and will be set up like our regular classes to include a warm up, skill and a workout. You will attend 2 classes a week for a total of 8-9 sessions (schedule may vary based upon scheduling issues or holidays.  Eight class sessions may run closer to 1.25 hours a few times to compensate for not having 9 sessions). The final day will include an assessment where the coaches will evaluate each athlete to ensure proficiency in the movements that are required to graduate from the course.  

The cost for this course is 100€. If you are unable to attend all the sessions, you have two options: #1 pay for and schedule an individual session before the next class time so there is no lapse in your training (at an additional cost of 30 euro/session). Or, #2 you can wait until another 101 course is offered.  This program is designed to build on information from the previous courses, so it is vital that you attend each session in order.
