We‘re gearing up for our next CrossFit group 101 introduction course.
This course is designed to take you through the fundamental CrossFit movements and technique to safely perform them. You will learn to move correctly inside and outside of the gym. Health, fitness and longevity is our main focus over the four week course.
The course will begin Monday September 27 and run through Wednesday October 20.
Classes will be held Mondays and Wednesdays from 1900-2000h (8 classes total).
The course fee is €100 total for all 8 sessions.
Can‘t attend all classes? No worries — individual make up sessions can be scheduled at your convenience.
