We are gearing up for our first 101 course in 2019!
The course begins January 14 and will go through February 6.
Classes will be held Monday and Wednesday evenings from 1830-2000 (8 classes total). Join us to learn the basics, get introduced to CrossFit workouts, and become a part of our amazing CrossFit community. Can not attend all 8 dates?
